In school he developed a strong foundation for food preparation which has fueled his passion for catering and culinary arts. After successful completion of his program, Shubert moved to Seattle to tackle the competitive culinary industry where he is well trained and specializes in Global cuisine. Shubert's dedication to the food industry is apparent in his attention to detail and accommodating qualities.
Public Relations Manager/Founder: Mira Ho shares the same passion for food. Growing up in a family of chefs, cooking a great meal was an everyday matter. This innate appreciation for culinary arts quickly drew these two together. While Shubert pursued culinary school, Mira received her degree in fine arts from the University of Washington. Their creativity and diligence make them the ultimate duo. Accompanied by a team of dedicated staff, Shooby Doo Catering is where "Fine Foods Meet Fine People".
Chef de Cuisine Zal Smith: Originally from Singapore coined “the food mecca of the world, chef Zal reaches from her cultural inspiration for gourmet and innovative cuisine. Previously an Executive Pastry Chef of the Four Seasons Hotels and owner of her own catering company, Zal’s broad experience brings top notch food and service to Shooby Doo Catering.
Event Manager Todd Leslie: At your service, Todd Leslie has decades of experience from the Four Seasons Hotels in Beverly Hills, Newport Beach and Santa Barbara. His eye for detail and accommodating qualities adds an unbeatable experience for any special event. Todd brings to Shooby Doo a special sense of warmth and welcome you will not get from any other caterer!
Sous Chef Roberto Morales: Restaurant experience is a must in the world of catering. Roberto brings decades of knowledge and knowhow from large, fast paced restaurants like Piatti, Boom Noodle and the Ram. His passion for world cuisine starts from his small hometown Guererro, Mexico where simple ingredients and lots of love goes a long way. This is the foundation that Shooby Doo Catering was built on.
