    With an extensive background in Italian cuisine, having studied farm to table culinary arts in Italy. As he returned stateside from his adventures, he perfected his craft though experiences at Hilton Hotels and Ruth's Chris, leading him to his position today at Feedme Hospitality.

    Off-site event sales at Shooby Doo Catering since 2022. With over six years of event management and sales experience, she focuses on being client-centric, organized, and efficient. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, playing with their dog Maverick, and testing out new recipes in her kitchen.

Pioneered by husband and wife team Mira & Shubert Ho, Shooby Doo Catering has grown leaps and bounds and is now teamed up with husband and wife team Ciara & Andrew Leckie. Together this family-owned business has created Feedme Hospitality and Restaurant Group that empower Shooby Doo Catering to provide restaurant-quality cuisine at catered events.
